The hornpipe is another popular tune type. Hornpipes have a more dotted feel than reels and are much slower in tempo. There are two beats in the bar though they are, like the reel, written in 4/4 time. Rhythmically I would often emphasize beat 1 and the + of 2 to give it a swing though each tune is obviously different.
The chords in the transcription are from the first eight bars of each version of the part. The tempo gives the chords space to ring out fully, so little bass runs, suspensions and chromatic inflections really come out well. The most notable difference between the first and second versions of the B part is the Bb chord leading to the B minor.
